CHECK-IN TIME - 4:00 PM

You may check in any time from 4:00 p.m. until closing on your scheduled arrival day.

The Check-In Center is open:
Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Hours do vary by season. Please call the office at 866.868.8196 if you have any questions or concerns about your day of arrival.

For late arrivals, please call 866.868.8196 during office hours. We will give you specific instructions, which differ from normal check-in procedures.
